Live and Lead was established in 2022 with a deep-rooted passion and belief that when Girls and Women are provided with the right tools, a thriving environment, and self-belief, they can achieve and build the life of their dreams. We advocate for equitable spaces across all sectors, challenge stereotypes, and remind the women that we work with the power within.

With over 15 years of experience in the coaching, training and well-being space, Dee brings you Live & Lead a space where women take the lead in their lives and love life out loud.
“Combining academia, research, lived experience, and tons of passion I have developed transformational programs, coaching and events to empower girls and women at all stages of their lives.
Throughout my journey, I’ve seen how transformative it is when girls and women are given the space, support, and encouragement to truly see themselves—not just for who they are, but for all they can become. That’s why I created Live and Lead—to be that space
This work is deeply personal. It’s about helping girls and women live boldly, lead authentically, and believe in their potential at every stage of life. My hope is that Live and Lead becomes a spark for someone who needs to hear, “You can.” Because you can—and you will."
